Excellent experience working with Alan! We were looking for a rental investment property and he has a ton of experience in that department (also being a property manager). He really advised on what we should be looking for and worked on a very tight list of criteria to make sure we would find a great condo! He lets you take your time and get back to him when you are ready to visit some units. We ended up finding the perfect unit after about 5 months and he made sure we could actually show the unit before the sale was effective. That really helped us speed the tenant process and we found tenants right after closing! He also advised us very well on negotiating the price. (Something that I find hard to find with realtors!)
